If you don't know how to drag the Windows  boxs around then print this out

1. Go to the Menu at the top of this page and Left Click on : Tools

2. From the drop down menu select: Internet Options....

3. Now find the section that say: Temporary Internet files,  or Browsing History

4 Left click on the box that say: Settings

5. Under: Check for newer visions of stored pages:

6. Click on the circle that says: Every time you start Internet Explorer, or Every time I visit the

the webpage.

7. Click OK

8. Click OK

9. Click on the X in the upper right hand corner to closes this box.

10. If the page doesn't refresh close your browser and come back to the page again and it should work..
